really good stay in a central hotel

i appreciate the hotel's prime location, close to shopping and dining. the shared kitchen was useful, offering convenience. i found the staff polite and helpful. the overall design provided a luxury style.
the self service procedure for check in was not pleasant. i had to register passports in the system and check in by ourselves. this process lacked a personal touch.
